Consultancy Matters LLC is an integrated learning solutions provider that operates around the world. Our expertise is in designing, developing and delivering learning and skills enhancement programs that make a bottom-line difference.
These programs include both technical skill areas – such as risk management and compliance for financial services, as well as core skill areas like people management, leadership and coaching, sales and communications for all corporate sectors.
And each program is individually created to meet the specific needs of a client organization and configured to be ‘Fit For Purpose’ using our proven training development framework.

What We Do
From corporate governance at the board-level through policy writing to process mapping, our expert staff have the experience and knowledge to advise and execute training on the broad array of risk and compliance management issues affecting the financial sector today.
We also provide leadership and development training and, using our staff of experienced training practitioners, we work closely with clients in the development of customized curricula geared to delivering specific returns on their investment.
We tailor our courses to the needs of our participants and include the client’s own terminology and processes in our materials in order to deliver a seamless ‘in-house’ training experience. Our course design emphasizes the acquisition of sustainable skills in order to meet pre-defined performance or job targets.
Our educational links currently include alignment with two key business schools. In the USA, our Chief Executive Officer is a member of the Global Council for Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix Arizona. He is also an Executive in Residence and Director of the Thunderbird Global Risk Management Center at the School. In the UK, we have a relationship with Oxford Brookes University, with whom Consultancy Matters is working on a number of management, research and student support initiatives.
